      通过对汽车总装生产线供液系统工艺的介绍和分析,采用了以集成故障安全系统的西门子PLC为控制器,分布式I/O ET200S为从站的控制系统来实现智能监控系统的设计。系统的控制器选用IM151 F-CPU为主站;TP1500精智面板作为控制级的人机界面;采用TIA Portal V13进行PLC编程和HMI开发;现场控制网络采用以PROFIsafe为安全通信协议的PROFInet,以此来实现对系统的安全控制;上位机通过工业以太网与下位机进行通讯,可实现系统的远程与智能监控。系统不仅实现了对汽车总装生产线供液系统的智能监控,而且还提高了供液系统的安全性和可靠性。

      On the basis of a description and analysis of the technology of the fluid feeding system for the carassembly line, this paper adopts a control system using Siemens PLC of the integrated failsafe system as controller and distributed I/O ET200S as slave station to realize the design of the intelligent monitoring system. The systemcontroller chooses a human-machine interface with IM151F-CPU as master station and TP1500 intellectual panel as control stage, and adopts TIA Portal V13 for PLC programming and HMI development. The field control networkadopts PROFInet using PROFIsafe as secure communication protocol to realize safe control over the system. Communication between the host and slave computers is effected through the industrial Ethernet so that remote intelligent system monitoring is realized. This system not only realizes intelligent monitoring of the fluid-feedingsystem of the car assembly line, but also improves its security and reliability.
