      根据铂金通道的结构及各区段的温度及控温精度要求,对铂金通道电加热系统进行了简要介绍,所设计的电加热变压器为A1、A2两类三规格结构,输出功率控制在60%-90%;热电偶采用非接触式,温度测量精度达到±0.03%。设计方案避免了回路电流过高导致的无法对铂金负载电参数进行精确控制问题的出现,输出电压随机精确调节,解决了电能利用低的问题,延长了热电偶的使用寿命,提高了生产良品率。

      According to the structure of the platinum channel as well as the requirement on the temperature and temperature control precision for each section, this paper gives a brief introduction of an electric heating system for the platinum channel. The designed electric heating transformers have three specifications of A1 and A2 categories, with output power in the range of 60%-90%. Non-contact thermocouples are used and their temperature measurement precision reaches ±0.03%. The design scheme makes it possible to realize accurate control over the electrical parameters of the platinum load in the case of high loop current. The output voltage can be regulated at random in an accurate way, so that the problem of inadequate utilization of electrical energy is solved, the service life of the thermocouple is elongated, and the rate of good product is raised.
