以出口哈萨克斯坦的20kg铝锭连续铸造机生产线为工程背景,探讨了如何将西门子WinCC提供的丰富功能与具体的工程对象相结合,合理开发上位组态功能。对组态过程中的三个关键问题进行了较为详细的陈述:(1)如何实现控制对象的描绘及尽可能达到界面设计的协调与美观(2)铸造机在运行过程中的组态动画实现(3)在线称重时上下位信号握手及相关功能的实现。在对WinCC支持的铸造机上位组态肯定的同时,对软件存在有待改进的不足及该组态工程可以继续提高的空间予以了尝试性的探讨。 |
