| 智能电网最重要的特征就是自愈功能。自愈功能是把电网中存在问题的元件从系统中分隔出来,并在无须人为操作的条件下使系统迅速恢复到正常运行状态,从而保证为用户安全稳定地供电。将已有的网络重构算法与开发的软件相结合,利用数据库、通信技术和计算机运算能力,将电力系统中的网络拓扑结构输入软件,经过实时运算得出最佳运行方式,借助软件对储存的相关系统的历史数据进行分析。 |
