      对于不能采用直接负载法进行温升试验的交流电机可采用定子叠频试验法,分析了采用交流发电机组实现叠频控制的原理,分析了合成磁场的大小变化和频率变化,建立了采用四象限双PWM控制的变频器组成的电机试验平台,对变频器输出的合成电压进行了仿真,给出电机试验平台的结构图,试验台可对感应电机、同步电机、变频电机完成电机的检测试验。具有稳定、可靠、节能等特点。

      For the temperature rise test on motor couldnot be carried out by the direct load method,it could be made by superposed-frequency method.Analyses the superposed-frequency method with AC generator set and the change of synthetic magnetic field.Built the test system with four-quadrant double PWM controlling inverter.Simulated the synthesized voltage and presented test system circuit configuration.The test system could test asynchronous motor,PM motor and variable frequency motor.The system was characterized b...
