| 结合太钢六轧硅钢生产线的连续退火及涂层机组的自动控制系统,分析了张力控制原理,提出了最大力矩控制法的间接恒张力控制模式。同时运用西门子T400工艺板来实现恒张力控制系统。系统中还加入了动态补偿环节,使机组达到了更好的稳定效果。 |

| According to the automatic control system of continuous annealing and coating machine in Taiyuan six rolling silicon steel production line,this paper analyzes the tension control principle,and presents a maximum torque control method which is an indirect constant tension control mode.At the same time,it uses Siemens T400 craft board to realize constant tension control system.The dynamic compensation link also is added in the system,which causes the unit to be more stable. |
