| 集散控制系统已成为流程工业控制的重要组成部分,对于学生相关知识与技能的培养也成为专业教学的重要一环,但实验设备的匮乏却极大地制约了学生技能的学习与获取。给出一种基于EMERSON-DeltaVDCS的过程控制实验系统。首先介绍了A3000型过程控制实验装置的结构组成,以及DeltaV集散控制系统的特点;其后给出了基于DeltaVDCS的过程控制实验系统的基本结构,硬软件配置、功能以及应用系统组态的基本思路与实施结果。应用表明,系统为学生在专业理论学习与实际工程应用之间搭建了一座桥梁。 |
