      智能变电站中,常规的电气二次回路被网络结构所代替,为二次系统网络在线监测提供了契机。综述了智能变电站二次系统过程层网络拓扑结构、过程层组网、(Generic Object Oriented Substation Event, GOOSE)网的可靠性和实时性分析、全站通信网络结构以及在此基础上建立的网络在线监测系统,分析了现有二次网络在线监测系统的不足及改进方法,指出二次网络在线监测系统的发展方向是在全站网络化信息共享的基础上,建立全景信息平台,逐步实现网络分析仪的高级功能,最终实现二次系统的在线状态监测。

      In the intelligent substation, conventional secondary electrical circuit is replaced by the networked structure, thus providing a good opportunity for the on line monitoring of the secondary system network. This paper describes the topological structure of the process layer of the intelligent substation of the intelligent substation, process layer networking, reliability and real time analysis of GOOSE network, communication network structure of the whole substation, as well as the on line network monitoring system built on that base. It further analyses the deficiencies and improvement methods of the existing secondary network on line monitoring system, and points out that, to improve such on line monitoring system, we should establish the panorama information platform on the basis of networked information sharing over the entire substation, gradually realize advanced functions of the network analyzer, and ultimately achieve the secondary systems status monitoring.
