为了缓解日益严峻的交通问题,政府正致力于隧道高架的建设。若隧道内的设备经常发生故障事故,这不但不能够减缓交通情况,也许还会威胁到驾驶员的人身安全,造成严重的损失,因此保证设备的安全可靠运行,消除事故,是十分迫切的问题。同时,对于运维管理人员平时对于设备的维护管理,也提出了更高的要求。根据对于故障诊断的方法的研究,是以RCM维修管理模式确定所需的维修内容、维修类型、维修间隔期和维修级别,可以优化维修,并降低维修成本,使得隧道能够更为可靠地运行。 |

To alleviate increasingly serious traffic problems, the government is committed to the construction of tunnels. Should tunnel equipment faults often occur, traffic problems would not be alleviated, and they would threaten the driver's personal safety and cause serious loss. Therefore, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation and eliminating accidents becomes urgent. In the meanwhile, more strict requirements are posed to the maintenance management personnel on their routine work. Based on a study on the fault diagnosis methods, the content, type, interval and level of maintenance are determined in the RCM maintenance management mode to optimize maintenance, reduce maintenance cost, and ensure a more reliable tunnel operation. |
