同步变桨控制技术作为一个相对比较成熟的技术,被广泛的应用于风电产业中。为了使风机更稳定地运行,需要针对同步变桨中的一致性问题进行探讨。在分析影响同步变桨一致性因素的基础上,比较了增加电机功率和在控制方式加入速度调节模块这两种解决方案,通过MATLAB建模仿真,对比分析了两种方案的转速和位置波形。在取得同样效果的情况下,在控制中加入速度调节模块不增加设备体积,成本低。最后通过负载实验平台模拟各桨叶因风速变化而引起的受力变化,在实验室2MW风机变桨系统中验证了在控制中加入速度调节模块可以有效地解决变桨一致性的问题。 |

ynchronous pitch control technology, as a relatively mature technology, is widely used in the wind power industry. To achieve stable operation of wind turbines, it is necessary to discuss consistency of synchronous pitch. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting consistency, this paper compares two solutions, namely, increasing motor power and adding speed adjustment in the control. Through MATLAB modeling simulation, a comparative analysis is made of rotation speed and waveform of the two schemes. Under the condition that the same effect should be achieved, adding speed adjustment module to the control will not increase equipment volume, thus leading to a low cost. Finally, a load experimental platform is used to simulate changes in blade load torques which are attributable to wind speed changes. In a 2MW wind turbine pitch systems in a laboratory, it is verified that adding the speed adjustment module to the control is a good solution to the consistency of the pitch system. |
