| 为了有效控制水平母线铸造铸造机的运行过程与监视，降低水平母线铸造机的运行故障，提高水平母线铸造机的生产效率的目的；采用成熟的PLC控制技术，运用PLC模块化编程的方法；获得了运用成熟的PLC能实时有效的控制水平母线铸造机平稳运行的结果；得到了采用PLC自动控制系统，可有效实现控制水平母线铸造机平稳运行的结论。创新点在于采用PLC控制系统代替了传统的电气控制系统；具有经济高效、稳定、维护方便、降低电能损耗等优点。 |

| In order to effectively control the operation and monitoring of horizontal bus casting machines, to reduce their operational failure and improve their production efficiency, mature PLC control technology and modular PLC programming are adopted to obtain real time effective control of their smooth operation by means of mature PLC technology, and to reach the conclusion that their effective control can be realized by means of automatic PLC control system. The innovative idea in this paper lies in the replacement of conventional electrical control system by PLC control system. This system features cost effectiveness, stability, easy maintenance and reduction of power loss. |
