      针对静电除尘器的负载电场状态异常多变的问题,提出了一种高频除尘电源的分数阶PID控制方法。使用Oustaloup滤波器近似算法,结合高频静电除尘电源的系统参数,实现对分数阶微积分的近似计算,得到分数阶PID环节的控制量输出,进而获得逆变电路的驱动频率,实现对高频除尘电源输出电压的精确控制。仿真实验中,利用Simulink搭建了基于分数阶PID的高频除尘电源的系统结构,获得的仿真结果与整数阶PID方法相比较,具有上升时间快,稳定时间短,稳态误差小的优点。

      In view of unusually varying status of the load electrical field of the electrostatic precipitator, this paper presents a fractional PID control method for the HF precipitator power supply, which by means of Oustaloup filter approximation algorithm as well as the system parameters of the HF electrostatic precipitator power supply, realizes approximate calculation of fractional calculus and acquires the output of the controlled quantity of the fractional PID controller so as to obtain the driving frequency of the inverter circuit to achieve accurate control over the output voltage of the HF precipitator power supply. In the simulation experiment, a system structure of the fractional PID-based HF electrostatic precipitator power system is built through Simulink. The simulation results prove that the proposed method has the advantages of faster rising speed, shorter settling time and smaller steady-state error as compared with the integer PID method.
