电力系统在当今社会与经济发展中的重要性不言而喻,其稳定性与可靠性一直是人们关注的课题,智能监控系统就是在此背景下顺应时代的产物。然而因设备、技术及成本等诸多因素的制约,现有智能监控系统存在监控不完全的现象,影响了最终的监控效果及质量。分析了当前智能监控系统的现状及存在问题,以及目前不完全监控的处理办法与弊端,提出了多模块可适配集中信息监测与控制策略,采用模数化结构工艺,多模块选配并任意组合,实现了电力系统的全方位智能监控功能。同时外接配置现地监测与控制单元,满足了工程用户特殊与个性需求。结果表明对现代电力系统可控成本的完全智能监控具有重要意义。 |

The stability and reliability of the power system, with its self-evident importance for the current social and economic development, is a subject with which people have always been concerned. The intelligent monitoring system just emerges in such a background. Under the constraint of such factors as equipment, technology and cost, today’s intelligent monitoring system isn’t complete in its monitoring, thus affecting final monitoring effect and quality. The article analyses the current status of the intelligent monitoring system and its problems, describes present treatment and malpractice of incomplete monitoring, and proposes an adaptable multi-module centralized information monitoring and control system. Modular structure process as well as multi-module selection and optional combination have realized a full range of intelligent monitoring functions for the electric power system. Furthermore, engineering user’s specific and individual needs are met through configuration of external on-site monitoring and control units. The result shows that the research and application is of importance for the fully intelligent cost-controllable monitoring system of the modern electric power sector. |
