      大容量试验室频繁开断各种类型断路器、负荷开关等高压电器,其高压电器控制电源系统要求提高交直流多种试验电压。且根据试品的不同,其电源容量要也不同。为此开发了一种基于PLC控制的试品电源控制系统,能够提供交流可调输出,直流充电模块和整流电源输出等功能。分析了试品电源对试验的影响,设计了电源系统及电源控制系统,编写了相应的PLC程序和人机界面程序。

      As various types of circuit breakers, load switches and other high-voltage apparatuses are frequently closed and opened in the high-capacity laboratory, its high-voltage apparatus control power supply system requires higher AC and DC test voltages, as well as various power capacities for different test pieces. For this purpose, this paper develops a PLC-based test piece power supply control system, which can provide adjustable AC output, DC charging module and rectified power output. This paper analyzes the influence of the test piece power supply upon the test, designs the power supply system and its control system, and compiles corresponding PLC and HMI programs.
