自适应控制具有良好的鲁棒性,调节速度快和抗干扰性能优越。超临界机组燃烧系统是复杂非线性时变系统,针对火电厂超临界机组燃烧系统的特点采用自适应控制系统结构实现对锅炉燃烧系统的优化控制,保证系统运行的高效性和稳定性。通过燃烧自适应控制系统的仿真实验,可以证明能够有效地解决系统变量之间的耦合关系。能够根据当前负荷的变化做出相应的控制,做到稳、快、准地实现主蒸汽压力有效的调节,保证燃料的充分燃烧,使炉膛负压在规定的范围内变化。在煤质和设备特性发生变化时能保证稳定工作且大大提高燃烧效率。使复杂生产过程控制在最佳运行状态,降低煤耗,保证系统的安全性与可靠性。 |

Self-adaptive control has good robustness, high regulating speed and excellent anti-interference. The combustion system of the supercritical unit is a complex nonlinear time-varying system. Considering the characteristics of the combustion system of the supercritical unit in the thermal power plant, the self-adaptive control system is adopted to realize optimal control over the boiler combustion system to ensure high efficiency and stability of system operation. The simulation results show that this method can effectively handle the coupling between system variables. Control can be realized according to current load variation so that effective regulation of the main steam pressure can be made quickly in a steady and accurate way to ensure sufficient combustion of fuels to maintain furnace draft within the specified range. In the case of changes of coal quality and equipment characters, the system can operate steadily and the combustion efficiency is increased greatly. This method can maintain the complex production process in optimal operation, reduce coal consumption and ensure system security and reliability. |
