      在供配电领域,干式变压器被广泛应用于各行各业,在城市内已基本取代了油浸式变压器。为了保证干式变压器的安全运行,同时做到无人值守,干式变压器需要配置线圈温度巡检测控仪(简称温控仪)。目前,市场上已有的干式变压器温控仪大都采用分立元件构成,性能差、功能少、精度低、故障率高。采用Atmel公司的高端单片机ATMega16作为主控芯片,设计了一种简单可靠、同时具有串行通信和无线通信功能的智能温控仪,提高了仪表的精度和可靠性,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

      In the field of power supply and distribution, dry-type transformers, widely used in all walks of life, have largely replaced immersed transformers in the cities. To ensure safe unattended operation of dry-type transformers, they have to be equipped with coil temperature inspection instrument (temperature controller for short). Most of the temperature controllers available now on the market are composed of discrete components, and they have poor performance, limited number of functions, low precision and high fault rate. Using ATMega 16, Atmel company's high-end SCM, as the main control chip, we have designed a simple but reliable intelligent temperature controller with both serial and wireless communication functions, so that the accuracy and reliability of the instrument is improved and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
