This paper introduces an intelligent motor protector based on STM32F103 microcontroller and explains hardware design and software design flow of main modules. Based on accurate measurement of the current and voltage of the motor, the protector realizes perfect motor protection against malfunction. It supports multiple start-up modes of the motor, and has CAN communication function for remote monitoring. Practical application indicates that this intelligent motor protector can achieve good motor protection. |
