      针对冰箱新版能效测试标准GB 12021.2-2015中要求的温控周期统计算法、稳态判定算法、化霜及恢复期判定算法以及装载期间的判定算法,提出了一种基于三层网络的在线自动化测控系统。以各种判定算法为核心,设计了友好的人机交互功能,并通过三层网络的控制结构实现了系统各项参数的监控、测试数据的采集与分析,并最终优化耗电量的测试流程。通过系统实验,验证了测控系统的有效性与功能完整性。

      With regard to the temperature control cycle statistical algorithm, steady-state decision algorithm, defrost and recovery period decision algorithm and loading period decision algorithm, as specified in the new energy efficiency test standard GB12021.2-2015, this paper proposes an automatic on-line measurement and control system based on the three-layer network. Using various decision algorithms as core, the system has a friendly man-machine interaction function, and uses its three-layer network control structure to monitor various system parameters as well as acquisition and analysis of test data. Finally, the test process for power consumption is optimized. System experiment results verify the validity and function integrity of the measurement and control system.
