为了解决超级电容存储型电梯节能装置成本高的问题,将隔离双向DC/DC变换器用于电梯节能装置,通过小信号分析法对隔离双向DC/DC变换器进行分析建模,引入了电梯变频器直流母线电压外环、超级电容充放电电流内环的双环PI控制策略,克服了从直流母线电压到超级电容电压大变比变换难以实现的技术难点,在完成电梯回馈能量的存储与再利用的同时,有效降低了电梯节能装置的成本。并利用超级电容放电电流大的优势,在电梯启动时超级电容节能装置提供大电流补偿,减少了对电网的冲击。通过Simulink仿真分析,验证了方法的有效性和可行性。 |

To solve the problem of high cost of super-capacitor storage type elevator energy-saving device, the isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter is used in the energy-saving device, analysis and modeling is made of the isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter in the small signal analysis method, and a double-loop (outer loop of converter DC bus voltage and inner loop of super-capacitor charging-discharging current) PI control strategy is introduced to overcome the technical difficulty in the high turns ratio transformation from DC bus voltage to super-capacitor voltage, thus greatly reducing the cost of elevator energy-saving device while realizing storage and reuse of elevator feedback energy. Furthermore, by using the strong current discharged from the super-capacitor, the super-capacitor energy-saving device provides strong current compensation when the elevator starts, thus reducing impact on the power grid. Simulink simulation verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of this approach. |
